Giambattista Valli Show Fall Winter 2008-2009
Giambattista Valli, the former Givenchy designer featured floral prints and black bows as belts on dresses, evoking Parisian romance. For daywear, Valli featured tops with printed florals with either pale yellow or beige pants. For the evening, arguably the strongest of the entire 20 look collection, there were cocktail dresses and strapless gowns that came in deep red and pink. Both cocktail dresses and gowns had gentle poufed proportions on one side of the clothes, further embodying a romantic feel on the looks.
